EXPRESS CHECK IN PROCEDURE
We offer easy self check in so there is no need to rush, you can arrive and access your room anytime after 3:00pm. If you have not received a text message to your mobile with check in instructions by 3:00pm on your arrival day, please contact Reception 02 64562522.

Drop in to Reception, we have loads of info, trail maps and flyers to help you!

Check in is from 3:00pm. Early check ins are not available due to peak demand, however we will endeavor to have your room ready as early as possible.

Check out is 10am. Late checkout not available during Snow Season, off peak seasons fees apply and subject to availability.

House Rules
Your snow accommodation is to be paid in full in advance, we do not offer refunds.

The Alpine Resort Motel is strictly non-smoking. Any room found to have smoke inside will be charged  a cleaning fee of $350  and if the room cannot be re-let the next night, you will forfeit the cost of the next night’s accommodation. Smoking is only permitted outside, you must be 4 meters from any access point to the building as required by law.

We at Alpine Resort Motel ask that you respect other guests by not being excessively noisy. Management reserves the right to terminate or refuse guest accommodation when guests do not comply with the house rules.
